The Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs said the 2026 Global Governance Forum (Xiongan) will take place Oct. 23–25 in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province. International guests from nearly 100 countries across the Global South, Europe and America have confirmed they will attend and visit the area.
