China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi urged Israel to stop and reverse its “forced establishment” of West Bank settlements during a meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog in Azerbaijan. Wang called the Palestinian question the century’s greatest historical injustice, backed a two-state solution and said access to Gaza should be fully opened to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe from spreading.
