The New Yalu River Bridge linking China and the DPRK officially opened to traffic in Dandong, Liaoning Province, on October 15, following an agreement between the two sides. A joint ceremony marked the opening. The bridge is expected to strengthen connectivity and support economic, trade and people-to-people exchanges between the countries.
