EconomyPlex now helps sell movie theater tickets

Plex has partnered with Fandango to let US users click through from pages for films currently in theaters to check showtimes and buy tickets. The deal extends Plex’s business beyond media-server software and gives studios and advertisers more insight into how campaigns and audience engagement lead to ticket sales.
