Speaking to FRANCE 24, Nobel Peace laureate and Centre for Civil Liberties director Oleksandra Matviichuk said Donald Trump’s diesel-supply deal with Moscow and lifting of sanctions openly finance the war by giving Russia more ways to earn money. She said the extra funds would become rockets and drones, causing more civilian deaths.
