The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate for October 16 at 83.76 rubles, 18.97 kopecks lower than the previous rate. The euro rate fell 15.36 kopecks to 93.7693 rubles, while the yuan rate dropped 3.67 kopecks to 12.4991 rubles.
