Russia’s FSB says a 35-year-old Swedish man was arrested near Pskov, close to the country’s western border. Moscow alleges he led a Ukrainian drone unit and entered Russia to carry out terrorism and sabotage. Sweden says it is aware of the case; Ukraine has not commented.
