TechGoogle launches its ‘universal’ online shopping cart ahead of the holidays

Google is rolling out Universal Cart in the US through the Gemini app and Google Search. It lets shoppers save products from multiple retailers together, get alerts for price drops and restocks, view promotional codes, and pay with Google Wallet or move items to a retailer’s cart. Google plans to add Gmail and YouTube integration but has not given a timeline.
