Russian oil companies are ready to begin diesel shipments to global markets at any time, while commercial terms are being negotiated. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said Russia plans to import gasoline at least through the end of 2026 to supply the domestic market and replenish reserves. Officials are also considering, but have not decided on, a ban on LPG exports by non-producers through 2026.
