The Verge reports that Eiliko’s AI companion stores users’ conversations and personal profiles on Chinese servers. Researcher Sammy Azdoufal found the service inadequately protected, allowing access to millions of conversations, user profiles, and some unencrypted children’s photos and audio recordings.
