TechStarlink service in Ukraine ‘restored,’ Defense Ministry source says

A Ukrainian Defense Ministry source said connectivity for Starlink systems used by the military had been restored and was operating. SpaceX imposed speed restrictions without warning on Oct. 14, disrupting military operations, including the use of mid-range strike and interceptor drones. The ministry is still seeking to clarify the reasons and circumstances; the source did not say whether all restrictions were lifted.
