EconomyXiong’an launches first bonded-plus-TIR shipment to Russia

Xiong’an New Area sent off its first shipment using the bonded-plus-TIR model on Tuesday. The truck carries goods worth 300,000 yuan and will travel via Manzhouli Port to Vladivostok. TIR is expected to cut transport time by about 40% and costs by 30%, with the trip taking 10–12 days.
