WorldZelensky lifts pause on Ukraine's strikes against Russian oil refineries

Zelensky said Ukraine had held off on striking Russian refineries for three days to accommodate a U.S. request. After Russia continued attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, he lifted the restrictions. He said Ukraine would need more U.S.-made Patriot interceptors, at minimum, to halt strikes on Russian energy sites.
