TASS calculations based on Russian Defense Ministry reports say Russian forces have struck at least 10 Ukrainian hydroelectric and thermal power plants since the start of the year, including combined heat and power plants used for military purposes. On October 14, attacks targeted several facilities in the Kyiv region, while two plants in the Kharkov region were damaged.
