Ukraine’s Security Service detained an 18-year-old in Kyiv suspected of working for Russia’s FSB and attempting to register 148 Starlink terminals for Russian forces. The SBU said the devices were meant to support planning military operations in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia, but officers prevented their activation.
