Russian outlet Takie Dela was fined 200,000 rubles for publishing a Boris Grebenshchikov quote without noting that Russia designated him a “foreign agent.” The outlet said the hearing lasted a minute and appealed for donations to cover the fine. Editor-in-chief Yevgenia Volunkova said its budget shortfall could leave it unable to pay salaries early next year.
