EconomyBook Says Russian Diesel Unlikely to Offset Price Surge

Kevin Book, managing director of ClearView Energy Partners, says more Russian diesel is unlikely to counter a roughly 70% rise in diesel prices. Book warns that further Middle East escalation could endanger more critical Saudi energy infrastructure and disrupt oil markets far more severely.
