Donald Trump says he has agreed with Russian President Vladimir Putin that Moscow will immediately release large quantities of diesel onto the global market. Trump said the plan includes 300,000 tonnes immediately, 500,000 tonnes in November and another million afterward. He predicted diesel prices would fall rapidly and sharply.
