SocietySystem 'failed' Jane Doe in Cornell rape case, Hochul says

Kathy Hochul said Jane Doe was let down by the system amid allegations that a Cornell University student was gang-raped in 2024. She selected Letitia James, the state attorney general, to serve as special prosecutor in the matter.
