SocietyHochul and James vow to investigate Cornell sexual assault case

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said a former Cornell University student who alleges she was raped by fraternity members in 2024 was failed by people and institutions that had an obligation to protect her. Hochul confirmed she appointed Attorney General Letitia James as special prosecutor in the investigation.
