The EU said Wednesday that London must decide how to move forward in its relationship with the bloc after Prime Minister Andy Burnham raised the possibility of rejoining. Burnham said his centre-left Labour government could go “all the way” and propose EU membership after considering the pros and cons of different ties with Europe.
