A Russian drone strike on Ukraine’s National Academy of Sciences in Kyiv on Monday started a fire that forced people trapped inside to escape through windows and killed one person. Academy director Anatoly Zagorodny said the institution had no military connection, calling the attack terrorism and an assault on science.
