WorldGaza recovery plan unveiled at UN as Israeli operations continue

A US-led Board of Peace backed by Donald Trump has presented a six-month, $2.4bn recovery plan for Gaza at the UN General Assembly in New York. Despite international support, progress is complicated by the Israeli army’s control of 70 percent of the territory. Israeli drone strikes in Deir al-Balah, Gaza City and Khan Younis killed several Palestinians.
