TechUN chief calls for AI curbs in his last General Assembly address

In his final address to the General Assembly, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres renewed his call for global oversight of AI risks. The UN Security Council is also preparing to host AI leaders for a briefing on the powerful technology.
