President Daniel Noboa says Ecuador asks the US every day for more help against a cocaine trade he estimates is worth $30 billion annually. He says about 1,200 tons move through Ecuador each year, with roughly 80% headed to the US and Europe, while Ecuador will remain in charge of operations.
