A UN fact-finding mission on Iran said Thursday that there were reasonable grounds to believe the United States was responsible for two February strikes on a school and a sports facility in Iran, which it said amounted to war crimes. The mission also found that Iranian authorities committed crimes against humanity during a deadly crackdown on anti-government protests.
