WorldUN finds grounds to believe US committed war crimes in Iran

A new UN investigation says there are reasonable grounds to believe the United States committed war crimes in two February air strikes on civilian sites in Iran. It also found that Iranian authorities committed crimes against humanity during a crackdown on protests that began in December 2025. The mission said a US strike on a school in Minab killed more than 150 people, mostly children, with no evidence the school had a military purpose.
