SocietyLive: Lucy Letby public inquiry findings published

Findings from the public inquiry into how Lucy Letby was able to repeatedly murder and harm babies have been released. The Thirlwall Inquiry examined events at Countess of Chester Hospital between 2015 and 2016, when Letby worked in its neonatal unit. She is serving 15 whole-life terms for murdering seven babies and attempting to murder seven more.
