SocietyNDR 2026: Working parents to get more childcare leave

Singapore will increase childcare leave for working parents, with those who have three or more children receiving up to 12 days, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong announced at the National Day Rally. The government will cover statutory child-related leave costs up to the reimbursement limit to ease employers’ financial burden.
