WorldGlobal sea temperatures reach 21°C amid heatwaves

Much of Europe is experiencing its fifth heatwave of the summer, with temperatures in parts of France reaching 40°C. Extreme weather is also affecting the oceans, as average global sea temperatures hit a record 21°C last month.
