WorldSuspected crime boss Daniel Kinahan arrives in Dublin after Dubai extradition

Daniel Kinahan, alleged to lead an Irish organised crime gang, was extradited from Dubai to Ireland on Sunday. He is due to face allegations that he operated an international drug-smuggling and money-laundering empire. The alleged network extended to Britain, Spain and the United States. Kinahan was arrested in Dubai in April and was identified by US authorities in 2022 as one of three leaders of the Kinahan Organised Crime Group, for whose arrests they offered a $5 million reward.
