WorldLIVE: Typhoon Dolphin moves towards Japan

Slow-moving Typhoon Dolphin is approaching southwestern Japan. Authorities ordered hundreds of thousands of people to evacuate as the storm threatened the region with violent winds, heavy rain and high waves. More than 500 flights were cancelled ahead of its arrival.
