WorldTyphoon Dolphin: Evacuations ordered in parts of Okinawa amid strong winds and heavy rain

Southwestern Japan is taking shelter as Typhoon Dolphin brings strong winds and heavy rain across the region. The storm is the 13th typhoon to affect Japan this year and has moved over Kyushu, Amami and Okinawa. Evacuation orders have been issued in some areas, while flights have been cancelled. Dolphin is tracking west toward China and is expected to make landfall along the country’s eastern coast this weekend.
