WorldFrance’s Nunez warns of high risk during protests

France is preparing for a third straight weekend of protests, deploying about 70,000 security personnel to avert a repeat of the violence on October 17. Shops have boarded up, while authorities warn of further clashes; Halloween festivities and masked demonstrators add to security concerns. Yellow Vest activists, unions and students are involved, with protests initially focused on living costs, inequality and poor school conditions.
