WorldSpain train crash caused by ‘inexplicable’ order, transport minister says

A high-speed train in Spain struck another train stopped on the track, killing at least 68 people and injuring dozens, including at least six Canadians. The transport minister said an “inexplicable” order told the stalled train to resume running after a communications system failure had stopped another train.
