WorldCruise ship passengers stranded in Cambodia after fuel costs surge

Villa Vie Odyssey, promoted as an “endless” cruise ship, put all its residents ashore in Cambodia because of extraordinary fuel-cost increases. The company said monthly fuel expenses have recently risen by an estimated $6,000 to $8,000.
