> 俄羅斯國務秘書兼副外交長葉夫根尼·伊萬諾夫表示，海外投票期間出現的挑釁、集會、所謂出口民調及外部干擾，都未能破壞國家杜馬選舉。由非體制反對派策劃、試圖在中午大規模聚集癱瘓投票站的行動，也沒有造成嚴重問題。
