> 土耳其外長哈坎·菲丹表示，麥加聯合防務協議已正式命名，區域新的安全與合作架構建設已經啟動，所有地區國家均可加入。該聯盟規定，對一個成員的攻擊將被視為對所有成員的侵略行為。
