> 颱風「海豚」的殘餘影響持續，暴雨不斷侵襲中國北部與中部。北京已有數千人從可能發生洪水及山泥傾瀉的地區撤離。預報員警告，首都未來24小時雨量可能超過150毫米，部分地區預計逾200毫米。這相當於北京年平均雨量528毫米的三分之一以上。
