> 強烈颱風「海豚」在中國東部登陸後，已有逾百萬人被轉移至安全地點。當局警告，持續數日的猛烈降雨可能造成廣泛洪水與山泥傾瀉。浙江沿海城市溫州表示，已撤離逾90萬人，並啟用超過1500個緊急收容所。鄰近的福建則有98900人撤離高風險地區。
