> 制裁监测组织Urgewald称，希腊航运公司Dynagas在2026年前七个月向欧盟客户交付了价值23.5亿欧元的俄罗斯液化天然气，占俄罗斯亚马尔终端输往欧盟液化天然气的35%，相当于俄罗斯液化天然气出口总量约22%。欧盟领导人已同意给予Dynagas制裁豁免。
