> 中国国家气象中心周日发布台风红色预警，这是该国最高级别的台风警报。台风“海豚”正朝人口稠密的东部沿海地区快速逼近。有关部门表示，进出该地区的航班已经取消，近10万人被转移到风险较低的区域。预计台风将在周日深夜或周一凌晨登陆。
