TechJosephine Teo: Governments alone cannot tackle emerging cyber threats

Singapore is working with Google on an AI model to detect scam attempts and will launch a grant to help organisations prepare for quantum threats. Digital Development and Information Minister Josephine Teo says managing these risks requires cooperation between public and private sectors.
