> An Israeli air strike hit a residential block in Gaza City’s Rimal neighbourhood, killing a woman; footage captured the rescue of her daughter. Heavy gunfire targeting vehicles and people was also reported elsewhere in the city. Attacks on Gaza continue nearly daily despite a US-brokered ceasefire that took effect more than a year ago.
