HealthSynapxe says public healthcare disruption was not caused by cyber incident

An outage affecting Singapore’s public healthcare clusters lasted almost 10 hours and was not caused by a cyberattack, healthtech agency Synapxe said. Investigations into the technical problem continue. Services affected at hospitals and polyclinics included appointments, visitor registrations and billing.
