SocietyWhy this daughter broke the law to help her mother die | Part 1 of 2

In 2009, 89-year-old Kay Carter, who had painful degenerative spinal stenosis, asked her daughter Lee to help her die. Lee later went public with her mother's story, prompting a court fight over doctor-assisted dying.
