> A day after striking a controversial diesel deal with Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump suggested Ukraine should get a new president. He blamed Volodymyr Zelenskyy for prolonging the war and linked him to high US diesel prices, prompting backlash in Kyiv and alarm among European allies worried about Washington’s changing approach to Russia. Kremlin critic Bill Browder called the comments “a new low” for US policy toward Ukraine.
