ScienceStunning tyrannosaur evidence discovered in Alberta badlands

University of Alberta researchers say a fossil may offer the first evidence that smaller dromaeosaurids, commonly called raptors, fed on the much larger apex predator. Found north of Drumheller in 2022, the specimen was reassembled by the Royal Tyrrell Museum, which spotted tooth marks and sent it to the university for further study.
