SocietyClass-action lawsuit alleging sexual assaults at Quebec spa proceeds

A Quebec judge has authorized a class action against Nordik Spa Village in Chelsea. More than 140 people say they were sexually assaulted during massages, with allegations involving at least 36 therapists over nearly two decades. The spa says safety is a priority but declined to comment, saying it will present its defence.
