SocietyICE shooting in New York sparks protests and tension

Protests have erupted in New York and political tensions have risen after a man was shot by ICE agents on Thursday. Dominican immigrant Oscar Belgal, 28, was shot in the neck when a targeted traffic stop turned violent. Homeland Security says he has gang associations and prior convictions, and that agents tried to apprehend him last month.
